This year they’ve been selected as a finalist for ‘The Most Effective Development to a Wellbeing Strategy’ the award celebrates employers that have gone beyond the first steps on their health and wellbeing journey.

James Timon, Senior HR Manager said: “As a member of our employee led a wellbeing initiative ‘WellBYES’, its fantastic to be a finalist at the REBA Awards for a third year in a row.  It’s a real testament to the way our business and employees work together to improve our wellbeing strategy surrounding Physical, Mental and Financial Health as well as CSR.”

They have had existing wellbeing initiatives in place for a few years which they’ve built on and evolved to deliver a better approach to employee health, wellbeing and financial support.

James Timon continued to say: “The business and employee led forum started its wellbeing journey in 2017 and continues to develop its approach to ensure we have a robust wellbeing strategy which supports our employees as our greatest asset. Having a bespoke events calendar incorporating reoccurring events for various durations: a day, a week or a month mean employees get the chance to take part in initiatives they are passionate about.  We have also introduced WellBYES Chamipons to help communicate the strategy and events, encouraging wider participation across our offices and sites. The journey is continual, but we are still striving to improve and innovate.
