Leveraging both internal expertise and external training specialists to build innovative, cutting-edge programmes. Andrew explains:

“Bouygues Energies & Services have been excellent in supporting me throughout my journey to becoming a chartered engineer. Throughout both my MSc and chartership application Iain Stewart, Mechanical Design Manager at Bouygues, provided the support and mentorship needed for me to achieve both of these goals. While Alan Miller, Director of Cleanrooms and Laboratories provided encouragement and sought the company approvals needed to facilitate these achievements”.

In his time with the company, Andrew has been involved in successfully delivering manufacturing facilities, process plants and cleanrooms completed to ISO8 and validation standards. By completing his chartership he has got a greater theoretical understanding to manage complex projects; along with an understating of other disciplines such as technical engineering, project management, construction contracts, disputes and financial management. For the support Andrew has received he has nothing but praise for the learning and development programme as he said:

“Bouygues Energies & Services have an excellent learning and development programme that are dedicated to enabling employees to progress in a professional capacity”.
